What's the difference between the "Hosted Shopping Cart" plan and "Standard Hosting + Cart" plan?
The Hosted Shopping Cart is not hosted on your own domain. It is hosted at yoursitename.secure-mall.com.
The Standard Hosting + Cart plan can be hosted at any domain you own.
The Hosted Shopping Cart is for shopping cart pages / html only.
The Standard Hosting + Cart plan allows you to host your website and cart at Precision Web. This allows you to have standard web pages, images, documents, etc. hosted on our server such as the Home page, Contact Us, a WordPress Blog, etc.
The Hosted Cart plan is mainly designed for customers who already have a website hosted elsewhere and would like to add a shopping cart to their current website.
The Standard Hosting + Cart is designed for customers who would like their hosting / email / shopping cart all in one place.
Which plan do you recommend?
We recommend the Standard Plan for getting started and for smaller companies. Established companies that have more than 1,000 items should go with the Gold Hosting Plan. Larger companies that have over 10,000 items and need more space should go with Platinum Hosting.
Should I upgrade to Gold or Platinum Hosting?
If you plan on listing more than 1,000 items, we recommend the Gold Plan. Larger companies that have over 10,000 items and need more space should go with Platinum Hosting.
Do I get all the features of the shopping cart with all plans?

How many Gigabytes of Transfer will I probably need?
Most sites use under 1/2 GB of data transfer per month, while the standard plan allows for 10 times that at 5 GB. So most ecommerce sites fit under the standard hosting plan.
The usual reason for needing more GB of transfer is having a lot of high-resolution videos and images.
If you start out with the Standard Plan, and you being to use up more GB of transfer, you can upgrade to the Gold or Platinum Plan. Custom plans are available for sites that don't fit under the Platinum Plan.
