New Shortcodes for Item Template

There are some new features for designers who want to integrate the shopping cart categories within their template.

There is a Category and Sublevel Category shortcode:
##category menu## (Displays the categories that are one level below the main shop category)
##category hover menu## (Displays the categories that are one and two level below the main shop category)
##category tiered hover menu## (Displays the categories that are one and two and three level below the main shop category)

There is also a way to generate a custom menu that can be displayed anywhere in the shop template.  For example:
