How do I change the nameservers of my existing domain to point to your servers?

What is the nameserver information I should use when registering my domain?Our nameservers are:

NS1.DNSSYS.COM
NS-USA.DNSSYS.COM
NS-Europe.DNSSYS.COM
NS-Singapore.DNSSYS.COM
NS-Australia.DNSSYS.COM

Once you change the nameservers, then within 24 hours your domain will start coming up from our servers.
