NOTE: The purpose of this function is to allow you to view a customer’s cart if
he or she has not successfully complete the checkout process.
The initial screen looks like this:
You may search for a customer’s cart, based on his or her email address. Enter
the address in the space provided and click on the ‘search’ button.
If the customer does have an open cart, you will see something similar to:
The Id column above is simply used by the back end database.
The remaining columns simply contain the customer’s contact information.
You will want to click the ‘view’ button to see what is in the customer’s cart.
Here is what you should see:
As you can see from the above image, this particular customer had 3 Electric
Train Sets in his cart.
